Dealing:Each player starts with 7 cards.The remaining cards form a draw pile.The top card of the draw pile is flipped to start the discard pile.
Taking Turns:Players take turns clockwise.On your turn,you must play one card from your hand onto the discard pile.
Matching:Your card must match the top card on the discard pile either bycolor,number,orsymbol/action(if it's a special card).For example,if the top card is a Red 7,you can play any Red card or any color 7.
No Playable Card?If you can't play a card,you must draw one card from the draw pile.If you can play the drawn card,you may do so immediately.Otherwise,your turn ends.
Saying"UNO!":When you have onlyone card leftin your hand,youMUSTyell"UNO!"before playing it.If another player catches you before you play your last card and you didn't say"UNO",you must draw 2 penalty cards.
