The fighting system emphasizes realistic, weighty swordplay: players chain together light and heavy attacks to create custom combos, while parrying, dodging, and reacting to enemy telegraphs are essential for survival. A standout feature is the weapon-swapping system, which allows every class to carry two primary weapons and one ranged weapon, enabling fluid tactical shifts mid-battle to exploit enemy weaknesses. Outside of combat, the game features a robust territory management system centered on the player's private estate, Reynan's Rest, where they can assign laborers, produce materials, and craft equipment.
